Christmas Week and New Years!

So wow what a busy few weeks. It was so nice to have Bailey here we just really wished Mike could have made it to help us eat all the food we made. It was also really nice to have Kendall home. I enjoyed having her home the last few weeks. She sure has grown a lot in the last few years. I am so happy for her that she going to school. I do wish she was here but we will be seeing her more often which will be nice. Now all we have to do is get Chauntel and Jeremy to move closer. I was hoping we could bribe them to come back with the boat but that didn't work. They are moving a little closure I guess. I am glad to hear Jackson's surgery went well.

We had a great Christmas break Ryan was home the whole week of Christmas and today. We just hung out a lot at mom's house with the girls and played lots of games. The new game this year was Spicy Farkle. We saw quite a few movies a friend gave us movie tickets. We saw Charlotte Web it was so good and a Night at the museum, The Good shepherd and We are Marshall. It was fun we haven't been to the movies in awhile with the kids are without the kids. We spent more time on the boat instead of watching movies. Which is proably a lot better for building family relationships. Kendall was so sweet and watched the kids so we could go to the temple this week also. We saw lots of friends there. It was a nice break from the busyness of the week.

So we went to bed early last night. We usually have a news eve party but it seemed not quite right to do that on Sunday and it to hard for people to find babysitters. So since I got a good night sleep I got up early and went out grocery shopping at 7:30am. There was no one in Walmart it was so nice. The clerk said she had had only 2 customers this morning. It also went much faster than usually. But of course I forgot a few things so we have to go back. Isn't that how it usually works. I always think I am going to go once a week but it is more like once a day.

Happy New Year!!
