Crazy Nights!

We had family dinner at mom and dad's on Sunday Kim and her kids didn't come so it was just our family and mom and dad. And Dad had a meeting he was only home for about 30 minutes or so. Then Ryan says he needs to go and check out a job. So mom watched the three kids while Ryan and I went and looked at a job. It was very nice of mom. Ryan and I enjoyed visiting with eachother. We don't do it often enough. HaHa you all missed out on a really good roast beef dinner made by mom. j/k While today was crazy. Kamden had a friend over for almost 4 hours today and we went grocery shopping. One of the girls in our dinner group moved to another house in our ward so we switched nights. So I need to have dinner made and delivered and eaten before we all left our different ways. Cole had a baseball game tonight. Ryan said he got 2 for 2. He played catcher again. He has played catcher in every game so far. Which is really wierd because they change position every inning. Cole doesn't like playing catcher. He gets really scared behind the plate. Kamden, Carter and I went to Tap/Ballet while the boys had baseball. We usually go over to the game after Tap/Ballet but we didn't have time tonight. So tonight I remember to take some pictures at Tap/Ballet. She sure loves going and hates it when it is over.

Walking with grandpa

Well, I think everyone except for Ryan is back to normal. Ryan I think might have strep throat. Anyway yesterday Cole had a game so that is him up above with the long legs. Grandpa took Carter for a little walk. I thought this picture was to cute to pass up. He just doesn't look like he should be walking yet. I am glad though he is getting to heavy to carry all the time. Cole's team is doing really well. They have won all there games but there first and Cole is doing really well. He loves to dance around in the field. He had the shorts hit of anyone all season. He hit it maybe an inch from homeplate and made it to first. We went and had the kids Easter picutres taken. We were in and out in 30 minutes. We also go Carter 1 year pictures. The kids were really good and there was no wait. That never happens. Usually pictures are a nightmare with lots and lots of waiting. It was really wierd that things went so smooth nice though!

A Sad Bunch of People!

What a sad bunch of people. Carter was sick on Wednesday, Kamden got sick Thursday afternoon and then Cole and I got sick on Firday. So the three of us were on the couch all day on Friday while Carter played. Ryan was sick yesterday to but of course he was at work all day. Everyone feels better today. So Cole has his baseball game today and then tonight we are going to try and get the kids Easter pictures taking. I know we are late. Carter hasn't had pictures since he was first born and Kamden hasn't had her picture taking since she turned 2. I am really late on there individual pictures. Cole's are o.k. because he is in school and they do them for me ha.

Hey I know I have posted a few easter pictures already. But I wanted to post this one we got of Kim's kids. Well Tre and Alexis anyway. Like I said we didn't get one with Kara and Kooper too.

What a weekend!

WE had a great weekend. Very busy but lots of fun. Bailey and Mike came into town. We got to go to dinner and a movie with them this weekend. The kids got new Easter clothes. Aren't they beautiful children! On Saturday Cole had baseball game and Bassett's had a family Easter picnic. The kids got to play on the toys the boys got to throw the ball around and played crocket(SP). We had a wonderful lunch the kids had an easter egg hunt. And litterly the minute that was over it started to pour down rain. So we picked up and left. On Sunday we had a nice lunch with the Schultz's and a easter egg hunt. Oh you guessed it the kids got to much candy. And I can't even blame any grandparent it was all us. Even Carter joined in on the easter egg hunts. He got really excited and was throwing eggs into his basket. We were in the car headed over to my mom's house and the two older kids were really excited and had there easter baskets. Carter's basket was on the floor and he was fussing and crying. I finally picked up his easter basket and handed it to him and he was giggling. It was so cute but then again he is my child. I was really bumed when I relized we didn't get any pictures of Kooper with all the other kids on Easter. So no pictures to remember the trip he had here on his first Easter.

Easter Morning!

I hope everyone is have a great Easter. The kids were up at 6:45 this morning looking for eggs. We had church at 11am. Now we are headed over to mom's house for Easter Dinner with Bailey and Mike. I will post some more pictures later. Just wanted to get the cute picture of the Easter outfits posted.

Time in the Car!

I don't know about you guys but the older the kids get and the more activities they do it seems to me we spend alot of time in the car. The picture of Kamden and Carter are of them in the car again. Everytime I go to put Carter in his seat he screams. He hates being in the car because he always to him I am sure seems to be in the car and not able to walk around and play. The picutre of Cole is of him and one of his friends messing around. I hope everyone is ready for Easter.

Helping Out

On Wednesdays we go to Cole's practices as a family. Ryan helps out with Cole's team and the other two kids and I go to the toys and play. The kids love going to the toys I think they would love it more if there were swings. Cole is loving baseball. In the picture of Cole he isn't really happy because he hit a homerun and the coach made him stop on third. The top picture is of Cole in school. I go on Thursdays for 2 hours and help out in his class. I love it and so does he. I think the other kids really love it too I got lots of hugs this week. I am really glad Cole will have the same teacher and kids in his class next year. I think it will be good he will know what to expect. He wont have to start over and learn a new way of doing things.

O.k. I think I have it figured out!

I am hoping I have it figured out now. I didn't know you had to have a picture before you post I thought you could add. So let's try this again. I created this blogg it keep friends and family updated on the Bassett Family. Two of my sisters have created a blogg and I love to get on and see and hear about what is going on with them. So I thought I would create one for our family for those that would like to see and hear how we are doing. I am hoping to do as well as my sister with posting. Life gets busy so we will see how things workout. The top picture is of Carter's 1st B-day party. We had a family pizza party and few games and cake and ice cream. I have to force feed my two oldest they eat one piece of pizza. For Carter's birthday party he ate two pieces of pizza and some cake and ice cream he is such an eater. The second picture is of Kara and Carter. Kara is my sisters Kim's daughter. Her and Carter are 4 months apart. She follows him everywhere when they get together it is so cute. The other picture at the top is Kamden fishing at Carter's party. It was a fishing theme. It rained all day so we did the games in the garage.

I have been so excited to see what my sisters have posted each day. When they don't I am bummed. I am hoping I can do a little something everyday and keep everyone update. I am like Chauntel I am not sure if I will be good at post everyday. But I am going to try because I know I love hearing from you both.
